In almost every educational organization’s mission statement, we read the verbiage “access to a high-quality education” or some other analogous phrasing. But once we start discussing what this means, some subtle and some not so subtle differences of opinion begin to emerge. So for September, we want to know: What is your definition of a high-quality education?
Dozens of education reform minded individuals have been invited to be authors for educationcollective.org. Once a month, we will post a provocative question that is pertinent to education reform and invite all of our authors to contribute their responses to the question in the form of blog posts and comments. Our hope is to spur some rich discussion and hopefully generate some innovative ideas for improving education.
